recipe: candy bar roll ups

I don't call myself the "Sugar Queen" for no reason. I just had to be crazy and make my family and friends this sweet treat of chocolate and flaky goodness. These "Candy Bar Roll Ups" are simple, fast, and make for a very happy tummy! All you need are a can of crescent rolls, candy bars, and powdered sugar. Yup, that's 3 ingredients!
If you're a chocaholic like I am, then drizzle some chocolate syrup or caramel on top when they're out of the oven! Or, you can sprinkle the tops with the candy bar that is in the filling! Who am I kidding, just do both. I filled two crescent rolls with the same candy bar, but you can even mix and match the candy bars. To add an extra layer of elegance, sprinkle powdered sugar onto the tops.
They're flaky and gooey and, yes. The answer is yes. You need these.
Pick 3 to 5 of your favorite chocolate candy bars and chop them up! I chose: Reese's, KitKat, Snickers, Twix, and Mr. Goodbar.
Place a heaping spoonful of the chopped candy bar onto the croissant dough. Roll it up like you would a normal croissant.
In order to keep the candy from oozing out, pinch the sides of the crescent rolls together. We want to keep all that delicious chocolate inside the crescent roll!
Bake in a 375 oven for 10 minutes and get ready for the best meal of your life. Sprinkle powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce on top. You can even add sprinkles if you're feeling crazy!
