


White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 package of white chocolate chips
- 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Line a dish with wax paper. I used 2 loaf pans, but feel free to use whatever you have.
2. Combine sugar, milk and butter in a pot over medium-high heat. Bring ingredient to a boil and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
3. Remove pot from the heat and stir in vanilla, baking chips and marshmallow creme until it's all melted.
4. Pour mixture into your pan and put into refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
5. Store at room temperature for up to a week!
Now if you don't have a mountain vacation planned, this will work great for anything. You could add some crushed peppermints to holiday it up a little. Hmm.. why didn't I do that? Next time!
