Goodbye Winter, Hello Honey Mint Iced Latte

If you haven't figured this out, I'm obsessed with Spring. It's hands down my favorite season. I feel like everyone loves Fall the most, but Spring means new beginnings. It's a time when the earth is turning green again, flowers are blooming, and the dark dreary days of Winter are gone. The first day it's above 50 degrees, I am ready to plant a garden. Gardening is my favorite Springtime activity. There is so much hope for what's to come when you plant flowers. We also have a lot of perennials in our garden beds, and it so exciting seeing them start to break through the dirt.
My perfect spring day is working in the garden and sipping on coffee. So today I am bringing you another springtime coffee recipe, and this time it's an iced coffee recipe. You guys, I really love these     Coffee-mate® natural bliss® coffee creamers. I got to try the honey cream and the honey pecan, and they are so good. I love honey + mint together and paired with iced coffee, it is the perfect springtime treat.
3 Ingredient Honey Mint Iced Latte
- 3 sprigs mint leaves
- 1/2 cup cold coffee

1. Pull the leaves of the stems and add to a glass or cocktail shaker (if you have one)
2. Pour 2 T of the coffee over the min
3. Muddle the mint. I don't have the right tool for this so I used a wooden spoon to mash the mint into the coffee. I spent a couple of minutes doing this because I wanted a noticeable mint flavor.
4. Pour in the rest of the coffee.
5. Strain out the mint leaves. The cocktail shaker makes the step easy but if you don't have one you can just use a regular fine mesh strainer. 
7. Mix together. 
8. Add ice + enjoy!
